MONTE CARLO — Yusho hosts Yusho After Dark from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 4, with a special chef collaboration between executive chef Brian Lhee and SushiSamba chef Bobby Silva. The event will include Yusho’s draught cocktails and innovative dishes from both chefs, along with live painting by local artist Tommy Vinci, a DJ and other entertainment. Tickets are $25 per person at the restaurant and include one of Yusho’s draught cocktails as well as dishes created by both chefs. In November, Mercadito will feature a Mediterranean-inspired taco by Top Chef-winning chef Keven Sbraga of Sbraga in Philadelphia.
