The rumor mill is bubbling with news that playboy and party hardy chef Todd English is making a move to Las Vegas. Robin Leach reports that English wants "to escape the paparazzi there who chronicle his every move."
The chef, who has Todd English P.U.B. at the Shops at Crystals and Olives at Bellagio, got a DWI over Labor Day weekend in Southampton, N.Y. He was released on $1,500 bail.
