MANDALAY BAY — Border Grill Restaurants and RM Seafood are teaming up with Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch with their very own sustainable seafood taco creations on Saturday. At Border Grill, land the ocean-friendly seafood taco, grilled fish tacos for dinner and a secret item on the brunch menu. At RM Seafood, try the tempura-battered yellowtail rockfish with cabbage-radish slaw with molcajete vinaigrette, lime crema and cilantro chimichurri. STATION CASINOS — All Station Casinos’ Mexican restaurants have Meals for a Cause this month with fajitas with pink flour tortillas (chicken, steak and shrimp) and pink sopapillas tossed in cinnamon sugar and served with honey.
