Take a look inside Brian Massie’s new Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, the newest restaurant from The Light Group and the first off the Strip. Red Rock Resort is home to the new rustic American restaurant, replete with two wood-burning stoves, a charcuterie bar filled with meats, cheeses and oysters and an outdoor patio sitting at the front of the resort’s new restaurant row. A chef's table sits at the entrance, residing in a private enoteca. A mixture of reclaimed wood, brick and raw materials give the space a "bohemian flare" to the space.
