Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill Has an Opening Date at Downtown Summerlin

Wolfgang Puck brings his seventh restaurant, and first off the Strip, when Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill opens at Downtown Summerlin next week on Wednesday. That restaurant, sitting on the east side of the new shopping center, plans serve lunch and dinner to hungry shoppers and Red Rock Resort visitors alike, and also gives Summerlin residents yet another restaurant to add to the growing list of places to visit on the regular rounds.

Expect to find salads, sandwiches, grilled meats, seafood, handmade pasta, and pizzas from the wood-burning oven. Classic and artisanal cocktails, craft beers and wines will make the bar menu.  

Mark Andelbradt has already been working in the kitchen there, moving over from Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio at the Grand Canal Shoppes.

This 200-seat restaurant designed by EDG pays homage to the surrounding desert and red cliffs of Red Rock Canyon.
