Tap a Cask with D.O.C.G. Enoteca

Scott Conant’s D.O.C.G. Enoteca at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas taps the cask with Southern Wine & Spirits on Oct. 16. This one-night-only event features a cask ale, beer with natural carbonation that has a dry hop made with “special spices and herbs.” The $50 ticket price includes all you can drink until the cask runs out and finger foods. The festivities start at 6:30 p.m.
