Gotta Go To Moe's Southwest Grill, Opening Thursday

The first of eight locations coming to Vegas fires up the grill at Downtown Summerlin.

No longer will you only be able to grab some of Moe’s Southwest Grill fare flying through A Gates at McCarran International Airport. A stand-alone restaurant opens Thursday at Downtown Summerlin.

Guests can land made-to-order dishes such as the Homewrecker burrito, Close Talker salad and John Coctostan quesadilla. All come with free chips and salsa. While the burrito takes center stage with more than 20 ingredients available, the menu also features options for kids, vegetarians, vegans and those with a gluten sensitivity.

The restaurant also features a Coca-Cola Freestyle soda fountain with more than 100 regular and low-calorie beverage brands — including more than 70 diet or low-calorie and 90 caffeine-free beverages, 80-plus brands offered nowhere else, and many varieties of waters, sports drinks, lemonades and sparkling beverages.

Moe’s will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week. F

This location is part of an eight-unit deal made by franchise partner Mike Kelesis. The second location is expected to open late November at 6910 S. Rainbow Blvd.

Head over on Friday to land a free side of queso with any purchase.
