Billy's Bar-B-Que Bringing Slow Smoke Flavor to Spring Valley

Billy's Bar-B-Que is bringing their competition winning formula to Spring Valley.

Aiming for an Oct. 25 debut, "permits willing," competition winning local smokers Esquire BBQ are opening a bricks and mortar venture in the former Manhattan Fish Grill space at The Mall at Grand Canyon in Spring Valley.

Taking name inspiration from the owner, Billy's Bar-B-Que will occupy the corner 1,750-square-foot space serving slow smoked barbecue meats including pork shoulder, ribs and butt, plus promised sides like smoked jalapeno poppers and mac and cheese. The company was most recently seen serving up pork and chicken tacos and sandwiches at the San Gennaro Feast.

Manhattan Fish Grill had opened in this spot in August 2013.
