Sammy's Next Social Club; Triple George Wicked Menu

HENDERSON — Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar throws its next Sammy’s Social Club at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29 with wine varietals from Mark West Winery in Sonoma County, Calif. The four-course wine pairing dinner includes a lobster mac and cheese paired with a glass of Mark West California Chardonnay, followed by mini duck tacos made with feta cheese, tomatoes, Napa cabbage and a tomato-cilantro sauce, paired with Mark West California Pinot Noir. Oak-roasted salmon served on Asian salad with edamame, cucumber and ponzu sauce and will be accompanied by a glass of Mark West Carneros Pinot Noir.
