B&B Ristorante Plus Kistler Estate Equals a Swanky Wine Dinner

The four-course dinner features white truffles, duck and more fall ingredients.

The wine dinners keep coming at B&B Ristorante at the Venetian. The next, featuring Kistler Vineyards, takes place on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. Wine expert Geoff Labitke from the Kistler Estate will discuss the wines selected throughout the dinner while B&B Hospitality Group’s beverage director Kirk Peterson and culinary director Jason Neve come in for the assist.

The $200 per person dinner includes four course paired with Kistler Vineyard wines. Here’s a look at the menu Neve created:

Starting glass of Kistler Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay 2010.

Truffle hunters breakfast with a coddled egg with white Alba truffle, prosciutto potatoes and grissini paired with Kistler “Les Noisetiers” Chardonnay 2012.

Saffron risotto with ricci di mare paired with Kistler Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2012.

Duck with winter squash, hazelnut and huckleberry-amaro conserva paired with Kistler Russian River Valley Pinot Noir 2012.

Caramel bonnet with local pomegranate.
