Still No Opening Date for Off The Strip Bistro

Here’s a bit more information on Off The Strip Bistro, opening its second Vegas location at The Linq next month. Look for a two-story, 11,000-square-foot restaurant that plans to be open around the clock with breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant opens to the shopping district and the hotel on either side.

So far, the restaurant is touting its steaks, chops, seafood and pasta dishes. For breakfast find a Fresh and Fit menu, presumably with healthy dishes.

As for the look and feel of the restaurant, expect rich dark woods, stone, brick and metals with black chalkboards with “inspirational sayings” throughout. A kitchen anchors the first floor, while a staircase leads up to the second story, which apparently won’t open until early 2015.
