THE DISTRICT AT GREEN VALLEY RANCH — Whist Stove & Spirits kicks off a new brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with French toastowitz, made with challah bread topped with Frangelico bourbon and maple syrup, priced at $11; duck hash and eggs made with duck confit, potatoes and roasted peppers, priced at $11; mac and cheese omelet made with Gruyère, cheddar and elbow macaroni, priced at $8; and Pumpa’s waffles, served with warm apple compote, spicy cinnamon and pork belly, priced at $11. Also, a selection of Benedicts, such as the Crabby in the Morning, served with crab, béarnaise, egg and served on an English muffin, priced at $12; Beach Benedict, made with cod, dill, lemon burre blanc and potato, priced at $12; and A Twist of the Classic, served with swine, egg and topped with hollandaise, priced at $11.
