Waiting to be unveiled at 12:01 a.m. on Nov 20, this year's batch of Beaujolais Nouveau will celebrated at Bouchon with a limited time pix fixe menu, where guests can be among the first to sample the Beaujolais by the bottle or the glass.
Only available from November 20-23 and priced at $45 per person, plus tax and gratuity, the meal begins with Saucisson á l’ail en Brioche, a house-made garlic sausage, followed by the main course of a "hearty Joue de Bouef Bourguinon."
