SUMMERLIN — Working on the principle, "Brunch Without Booze is Just a Sad Breakfast," Distill will debut a new weekend brunch service on Nov. 15 and they are starting early. Hours are from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday at their Summerlin, 10820 West Charleston Blvd. location.

The globally inspired menu includes "Croque Madame, Chicken & Waffles, Loco Moco, Bubble & Squeak and Chicken Katsu." Distill’s brunch also features a "Bloody Mary Bar" providing you with a 32-ounce pitcher and "access to the various cocktail accoutrements to build the perfect Bloody Mary" and the "Mimosa Bottle," option pairing a full bottle of champagne with a carafe of orange juice. Both brunch cocktail options are $19.99.

THE STRIP — It's dinner and a show at an unexpected new venue inside Kahunaville at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. Island Heat LuWow combines Polynesian dance with a Las Vegas twist. Featuring an Elvis Presley Blue Hawaii tribute and a "Tahitian tribal drum performance to the Black Eyed Peas," the dinner menu features "white chocolate macadamia bread (paola), Big Island Lua’ai (salad) and the choice of Macadamia Crusted Mahi Mahi, Teriyaki Flank Steak, Ahi Tuna or Pina Colada Chicken for an entrée."

Two shows are presented Wednesday through Monday, with doors open at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Dinner show tickets are $59.99, plus taxes and fees and show only tickets are also available at $39.99, plus the same fees. [EaterWire]
