Take a Tour of Border Grill at the Forum Shops

An inside look at what to expect when you visit the new Border Grill at the Forum Shops.

Time to take an Eater Inside tour of Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger's sequel to their famed Border Grill at Mandalay Bay.

With room for about 300, the new Border Grill at the Forum Shops at Caesars is now very officially open. Taking over the former P.J. Clarke’s, the restaurant includes a patio, a bar with cocktails on tap and another bar serving up fresh guacamole, tortillas and ceviches.

Artwork from Su Huntley and Donna Muir inspired the cutouts and murals that cover the walls. A video loop on an 80-inch monitor outside the restaurant reviews the 25-year history of the Border Grill brand.

Orange and red Mexican tiles, purple lights and murals on the light coverings help create a distinctive, warm and open environment.

With the Border Brunch now underway, hours for lunch are Monday to Friday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday to Sunday 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Border Brunch is on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the regular lunch menu also available. Dinner hours are Sunday to Thursday 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday to Saturday 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
