Heading into Centennial's Town Center Lounge, a taste of "authentic Texas BBQ" from new venture, Bubba D's BBQ.

Managing partner David Bouffard has some experience with the Texas style of an almond wood-burning barbecue pit during a previous managerial stint at Bubba Brown'z BBQ in Fairview, Montana.
