It's so close to opening you can almost taste the Fat Elvis sandwich. MTO Cafe's expansion from Downtown Las Vegas to Downtown Summerlin is almost complete.
The inspiration for the 2,500-square-foot concept is modern meets retro. Diners can sit at the counter, the main dining room, an 800-square-foot patio or at a community table "handcrafted by the owners using wood from the family farm in Kentucky."
The menu from chef Johnny Church will be served seven days a week for breakfast lunch and dinner. Dishes already revealed include "lemon poppy seed pancakes with blueberry-ginger compote, chicken in a waffle, the Fat Elvis sandwich with French toast, bacon, banana, peanut butter, strawberries and Nutella and The Hang Over burger with bacon, fried egg, Tillamook Cheddar, lettuce and special sauce."
