SOUTH POINT — During the National Rodeos Finals, South Point Hotel & Casino will turn into "Vegas Cowboy Central" and double down on their steak options. From Dec. 3 to 14, Don Vito’s Italian will become Don Vito’s Steakhouse, a temporary replica of Silverado Steakhouse and offer the same red meat focused menu.
The resort's other hearty destination Primarily Prime Rib is also joining the meat-centric celebration, with a "blackjack 16-ounce rib-eye broiled in Jack Daniels peppercorn sauce for $26." Silverado Steakhouse and Don Vito’s will feature a tomahawk steak and dry-aged, 24-ounce rib chop for $45. Each dish comes with a western salad and one side dish.
Silverado Steakhouse is creating a $99 western-themed dish for two featuring a "dry-aged, prime 14-ounce New York strip steak served with shrimp scampi, scallops, fresh spinach and homemade potato chips." [EaterWire]
