Mercadito Has a New Happy Hour; Sprinkles Gives Back When You Donate

RED ROCK RESORT — Mercadito now has happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. daily or the “Happy After Hours” from 10 p.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday or 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Diners also get one free order of chips and a choice of six salsas with a purchase of a cocktail during happy hour, one per table. New specials include flautas (crispy rolled tortillas, chicken tinga, black beans, tomatillo salsa and crema fresca) and nachos (black beans, chipotle mojo, melted chihuahua and oaxaca cheese, pico de gallo and crema fresca) for $7 each. Eight varieties of tacos (two per order), as well as guacamoles are also available for $6.50.
