Here comes Nacho Daddy’s third restaurant, coming to the former Firefly location on Sahara Avenue. The restaurant debuts on Friday with salsas, tortillas, and organic ingredients prepared in-house daily.
Nacho Daddy’s menu covers breakfast, lunch and dinner with dishes such as the Anaheim breakfast taco with grilled green chili, eggs and avocado in a homemade tortilla; the Buffalo hot nacho with popcorn chicken tossed in a spicy Buffalo sauce with white queso celery and onions; the sizzling fajita with a choice of meat; and street tacos.
The restaurant also features vegetarian dishes such as vegan nachos with jalapeños, a kale salad and Cajun tofu street taco with sautéd tofu and black bean corn salsa. Vegan Daiya is used in the tofu nachos with diablo salsa.
Dessert even makes the menu. Find fried ice cream coated in cinnamon sugar served with house made chocolate-, raspberry- and vanilla-infused tortillas chips; S’mores nachos; and homemade coconut flan with crusted caramel and strawberries.
You can also get your drink on at the full bar. Order up the Daddy’s margarita or the scorpion shot, live scorpion included.
The dining room seats 66 people, plus 70 at the bar and 40 on the outdoor patio.
Nacho Daddy also has locations on Eastern Avenue and Downtown. A fourth location is under construction in the Valley View Business Center and close to Town Square.
The third Mexican-friendly restaurant opens tomorrow.
