Updating the 24-Hour Tom’s Urban

When the new Tom’s Urban opens at New York-New York — maybe in December, maybe in early 2015 — expect a slate of new dishes just for Las Vegas.

"We are hard at work crafting new signature plates and cocktails specifically for our Vegas restaurant that will truly raise the bar when it comes to what’s available to eat and drink all day-and-night on The Strip," says Tom Ryan, the creator and co-founder who also runs Smashburger.

Look for Tom’s truffled cracked lobster sliders, ginger chicken pot stickers and the Havana carnitas sandwich. Tom’s Urban also plans to serve up brunch with dishes such as urban street tacos, pizza and desserts.

Some of the cocktails landing here include the WTF with Elijah Craig whiskey, red wine, Coors Light, orange juice, and blackberry liquor and Taze Me, Bro, a mixture of Maestro Dobel Diamond tequila infused with peppers and pineapple juice.
