Off The Strip Bistro is still headed to the Strip this December, according to new plywood at The Linq decorated by the Linq Mural Project and the ISI Group. This despite some obvious and necessary work still needed on the exterior of the substantial two-story, 11,000-square-foot restaurant. With a hearty menu of steaks, chops, seafood and pasta dishes, Off The Strip is also creating a "Fresh and Fit" breakfast menu. When exactly they debut in December is still unannounced.
While Eater Vegas recently revealed Pizza Buddha has departed from F.A.M.E., elsewhere on The Linq's retail, dining and entertainment promenade a couple of new additions are on the close horizon. Retailer Havaianas will be selling their sandals and flip flops at an under construction store located next door to the Blvd. Cocktail Company, which likes to promote itself as "graciously debonair."
Njoy Vaping Bar
Located across from Sprinkles, a new vaping bar is being created by Scottsdale, Arizona's e-cigarette and electronic vapor cigarette company Njoy. "Aren't you curious?" asks the plywood, avoiding the question if this bar will be seeking an alcohol license.
And so far, no new plywood has been created to signal the spring 2015 arrival of Gordon Ramsay’s Fish & Chips, located very close the High Roller observation wheel's front entrance.
