Dinner is now served at the second MTO Cafe, the long-awaited Downtown Vegas darling from chef Johnny Church. That means you can now order queso fundido with house-made chorizo, provolone, mozzarella, avocado, piquillo pepper with the choice of flour tortillas or vegan flatbread; the chicken pot pie with baby carrots, onions, celery, leeks, chicken stock and buttermilk biscuit crust; and the truffle meatloaf with ground veal, garlic shallots, ketchup, Dijon, hemp seeds, parsley, thyme and sweet potato gnocchi, spinach and truffle jus at the new location at Downtown Summerlin.
Diners can also order breakfast, brunch and lunch items such as the Kentucky fried chicken with eggs, mash browns and country gravy; the bacon dippers with peppercorn maple syrup; and the hangover burger with bacon, fried egg, Tillamook cheddar, lettuce and special sauce.
The 2,500-square-foot restaurant features three distinct dining areas, including the dining room and a community table as well as an 800-square-foot outdoor patio. As with the original café, the community table has been handcrafted by the owners using wood from the family farm in Kentucky. Dig in.
