Yusho is making late nights even better by bringing back its Yusho After Dark events starting next week. The Japanese street food restaurant at the Monte Carlo brings in chefs to collaborate with Brian Lhee, Eater Vegas’ chef of the year.

The next event from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Dec. 2 features Gina Marinelli, sous chef at D.O.C.G. at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Future events include David Mangual, executive chef at Double Barrel Roadhouse at the Monte Carlo, on Jan. 6; Roy Ellamar, executive chef at Sensi at the Bellagio on Feb. 3; and Michael Chen, chef at Simon Restaurant & Lounge at the Palms on March 3.

Guests can watch the chefs in action through Yusho’s open kitchen while enjoying a variety of live entertainment and art attractions set to the upbeat soundtrack of a popular local DJ.

Tickets for Yusho After Dark are $25 and include one of Yusho’s signature draught cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres and dishes created by chef Lhee and his guest chef.
