Here's What You Will Be Eating at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill

If you cannot wait until Wednesday to see all that Wolfgang Puck has to offer at his newest restaurant, here now, the entire menu from Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill. Lunch, dinner, dessert and kids’ menus make their debut.

The new restaurants at Downtown Summerlin brings some familiar dishes from the Puck empire, including his infamous pizzas spanning margherita, potato and leek, rock shrimp, Asian barbecue chicken and pepperoni. Pastas include an orecchiette with Italian sausage, rigatoni with turkey sausage Bolognese, wild mushroom fettuccine, hand cut pappardelle with oxtail ragout and spaghetti and meatballs. For main courses, look for a WP private label burger for $12, Scottish salmon with white bean ragout for $24, pan-seared sea bass for $26 and more.

Already, Puck has determined daily specials, so on Mondays dine on a Berkshire pork chop, whole roasted sea bass on Wednesdays, a braised lamb shank on Thursdays and whole roasted lobster for $36 on Fridays.

The most expensive item on the lunch menu — a Scottish salmon and white bean ragout sandwich — rings in at $22, while at dinner, that honor goes to the Mesquite grilled filet mignon with Lyonnaise potatoes for $42.

Kid’s even get special mention, with a menu to call their own. Each dish is named for the children of Puck, his partners, managers and chefs.
