Wolfgang Puck expands his empire to Summerlin when his newest Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill debuts at Downtown Summerlin today, marking his first off-Strip Las Vegas restaurant. Consider this a contemporary version on the classic, American bar and grill serving "approachable" lunch and dinner menus. Look for salads, sandwiches, grilled meats, seafood, handmade pasta, and pizzas from the wood-burning oven and check out the entire menu here. Mark Andelbradt, formerly at Postrio, helms the kitchen. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
