Take a Peek at the Cocktails at Alibi

Here now, a little more information on Alibi Cocktail Lounge, the bar from The Light Group that took over the City Bar space at the rapidly revamping Aria. The cocktail program here takes classic cocktails and gives them a twist with infused liquors. Look for drinks such as the Cocoa Fashion with cocoa puff-infused Pierre Ferrand 1840, Angostura and chocolate bitters; the Rosemary Amaretti with rosemary-infused 50 Bleu, Lazzaroni Amaretto, citrus, egg whites and Scrappy’s Lavender Bitters; and Bright Eyed and Bushy Tailed with coffee-infused George Dickel Rye, Cocchi Barolo, Jelinek Fernet and Angostura Bitters.

Munge Leung created the look of this space with imported granite, polished nickel and brass accents.
