When Will You Be Able To Dine at Off The Strip Bistro?

The next restaurant opening at The Linq, the outdoor entertainment plaza and now hotel, now has a timeframe for opening. Off The Strip Bistro says that December is when it will reveal its 10,947 square feet of space next door to the entrance to O'Sheas Irish pub. And just like O'Sheas, an interior entrance into the restaurant will be created from the casino floor from within the resort formerly known as The Quad. 

Off The Strip, which has a sports tavern already in Spring Valley, plans to feature two floors, each with a full kitchen and bar and they are even installing an elevator. The space will be able to hold 401 occupants. Facing The Linq esplanade, it is doubtful the frontage will be able to accommodate a patio or outdoor seating, unlike close neighbors Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar and F.A.M.E.

The current construction estimate is $900,000, the same amount quoted in 2013 when Off The Strip was first listed as a future Linq tenant and before rumored money problems pulled them from the project. The once promised menu featured steaks, pastas, chicken and fish dishes along with traditional American comfort food.
