Get ready from a second restaurant finally coming to fruition from Natalie Young of Eat fame. While it’s not White Bread, a late-night window with fried chicken and white bread that she teased last year, it does include that concept and more. Chow plans to take over a former boxing gym at 1020 Fremont St. by next year with her Southern fried chicken and Chinese food, natch.

"There’s no great Chinese food Downtown," Young tells Las Vegas Weekly. "And you know how I love to fill niches."

Much like her idea for White Bread, Young plans to have a walk-up window where diners can order, especially late at night.
