The greatest collection of whiskeys from around the world has a new home. The Whisky Attic’s Maryland Parkway home shuttered on Halloween for a massive remodel to the strip mall that housed it along with the Freakin’ Frog. And already the whiskey portion has a new home at 4780 W. Harmon Ave.

Don’t think you can just walk in and drink one of the 1,800 whiskeys from the United States, Japan, France, Scotland, Canada, Belgium, Ireland, Germany and more. Now the experience is by reservation only in the 1,800-square-foot setting.

Try The Exclusive, a 90-minute journey through five whiskeys for $75, or the High Roller, 10 whiskeys for $125 in 105 minutes. Each includes "an education on the history of tasting through sensory perception," tricks of the trade, the Adam Carmer tasting method and more. Owner Carmer can also tailor the experience for any group that wants to try a variety of whiskeys.

The Whisky Attic originally opened in 2005 as an exclusive members-only club, then opened up to the public after the recession hit.
