The very neon ROC Resto-Lounge & Fashion is headed to Summerlin, but has already debuted in Florida.

It's a restaurant, fashion boutique, cocktail bar and nightclub all in one space and is headed to Downtown Summerlin. ROC Resto-Lounge & Fashion was first revealed by Eater Vegas back in May and since then, owner and local Floridian Gaston Garcia has already debuted his premiere location at the Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs.

Based around the premise of "affordable luxury," the inspiration for the multiple on site distractions is the 18 to 33 crowd with "four to five apps running at the same time," Garcia has explained to the local press.

During the day, the retail store serves men and women with fashion items starting at $10 and settling around the $35 range. For hungry shoppers, a lunch and kids menu has been included in Florida, with dishes like grilled salmon with vegetable of the day, roasted pepper coulis and mango salsa priced at $15, the Roc-A-Taco for $8, and the Lil Roc burger sliders. Frozen yogurt, bubble teas and light snacks are also being served.

As the day progresses, the cocktail scene begins with the signature Roc Candy cocktail created with Grey Goose, Xrated Fusion and cranberry juice which is shaken and poured over cotton candy. It is priced at $12. The Roc-Hattan at $11 also adds a twist, with Tap 357 Maple Rye, sweet vermouth and a dash of bitters topped with a piece of applewood bacon.

Dinner specials include large plate dishes like lobster Pappardelle pasta, miso and ginger sea bass and the "Roc 'N' BBQ" glazed rib.

In Coral Springs, the cafe tables are removed in the evenings to create a dance floor, and that feature is being readied for Las Vegas. The 10,000-square-foot Florida space is larger than Summerlin's 8,943-square-foot corner location, but while many of the attributes are expected to follow to Las Vegas, the aerialist seen nightly above revelers at the original store has not been confirmed for Summerlin. ROC Resto-Lounge will be located across from Grape Street Café when it debuts here early next year.

Early reviews in Coral Springs have been largely positive, with many expressing mild confusion at the multi-concept gimmick, but one matter is clear, the pink neon decor is hard to forget.
