The Linq lands a new restaurant just in time for the holidays. Off The Strip expands its Vegas footprint to the retail district on the Strip when it opens on Wednesday, Dec. 24. The two-story, 11,000-square-foot restaurant plans to be open around the clock with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The restaurant already has a Southern Highlands location serving steaks, chops, seafood and pasta dishes. The menu on the Strip will be similar, with fried calamari with chili remoulade and tomato sauce and sweet chili and bacon prawns, as well as sliders offered with fried chicken, pulled pork and Wagyu beef. Look for the M.O.A.B. Burger, a grilled sirloin burger with hickory smoked bacon with cheddar; eggplant parmesan; shrimp scampi; beef Wellington served with mushroom duxelles and bordelaise sauce baked in a puff pastry; grilled pork chops; filet mignon and Cajun rib-eye steak.

On the Strip, the restaurant brings its new “Fresh & Fit” menu for breakfast. That menu will feature hummus and vegetables and grilled Alaskan salmon filet, as well as roast chicken with potatoes and grilled squash.

Sit outside on the patio with views of the High Roller, still the world’s tallest observation wheel.
