December marks the 10th anniversary of Alain Ducasse’s miX restaurant, and pastry chef Mickael Maignan-Bauer created a dessert to mark the occasion. The XXL Rum Baba is three-feet-long and is handmade daily for $12.
This massive dessert gets served table side with an apricot glaze, anointed with an aged rum (three of your choice) and finished with vanilla cream.
Get it daily at the Delano throughout December.
