Your first big wine pairing dinner for 2015 takes place at Tbones Chophouse & Lounge at Red Rock Resort on Thursday, Jan. 22, with wines from Napa Valley’s Joseph Phelps Vineyards. The multi-course dinner, paired with a selection of Joseph Phelps wines for a decadent dining experience goes for $105 per person.
