Their bacon jam has been a hit since their February debut and the Truffles N Bacon Café is already upgrading to capitalize on their success.
Currently located inside Antiques At The Market, the café will close on Dec. 31, ahead of a January unveiling at the Regal Colonade retail center at 8872 S. Eastern Ave., almost three miles south of their present spot.
The new 7,194-square-foot space takes over suites 100 and 101, dramatically increasing their size.
Chef Jackie Lim describes the menu concept as based around the "delicate and decadent truffle with the savory accessibility of bacon," encapsulated in the "TNB Signature Burger" created with "a condiment trifecta of Jackie’s specialty Bacon Jam, topped with crispy Mac N' Cheese, sriracha ketchup, all in a brioche bun and served with truffle fries." The menu also soffers soups, salads and bruschetta and desserts like French toasted bread pudding.
