Want to see Charlie Palmer’s Aureole re-envisioned through Legos? Rick Johnson, a captain at the restaurant at Mandalay Bay, took 10 hours and about 5,000 bricks to put together this model of the restaurant created entirely with the Danish toys.
"I've always been fascinated by the timeless modern look of Aureole. I love architecture. I have always wanted to be an architect. Legos allows me that outlet," he says.
