Step inside the new 8 Noodle Bar, Red Rock Resort’s answer to Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai cuisines. Chef Andy Vu makes authentic preparations that include rich broths, with a special emphasis on noodle and rice bowls. Take a look inside the space here.
