Westgate Las Vegas boasts a new restaurant today, replacing the former Paradise Cafe. Meet Sid’s Cafe, named after Westgate owner David Siegel's father and opening at 5 p.m. The restaurant can be found throughout the Westgate timeshare empire.

"My father would come to Las Vegas twice a month from Florida and loved how he was always treated like a high roller," Siegel says in a press release. "Everyone knew his name and catered to his every need which made him feel important. At Sid’s, everyone will be treated with the same level of customer service that my father received."

The 24/7 operation features 200 seats. Look for dishes such as chicken lollipops, tender chicken lollipops deep-fried and tossed in your choice of sauces; a chopped Italian salad with chopped greens mixed with salami, turkey breast and mozzarella cheese, tossed in an herb-mustard parmesan dressing; New York reuben burger with pastrami, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and thousand island dressing on rye; and a North Shore lobster roll on a butter toasted roll. For dessert, a tribute to "The King" himself with the Elvis sandwich, made with peanut butter, grape jelly, sliced bananas all battered and fried.
