Chef Piero Broglia's latest culinary venture has only been known by its promise of Great American Food, but we now know what direction that will take.
Once the force behind Pasta Mia, once the name inspiration for Piero's and the current chef behind Cafe Chloe, Broglia's 1,895-square-foot project at 7780 S. Jones Blvd. is hiring for what he describes as a "new gourmet sandwich shop." The stand alone building includes the design possibility of a drive-through.
Broglia and team appear confident in the sandwich concept, enough to have trademarked the name and "Real American Food" specifically to create franchises. No timetable for completion for the first location has been announced.
