More brunch is on its way with the opening of the new year. Enter Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red Rock Resort to the brunch scene starting Jan. 10. Expect to find breakfast-based dishes, lunch options, and side dishes as well as bottomless mimosas and bottomless bloody beers. For the very hungover, a bloody Mary bottle service.
Chef Brian Massie plans to serve up a poached duck egg and wild mushroom toast Benedict, a "Whole Beast Feast" of pig and cheesy eggs with chives and tortillas, and roasted squash and asparagus quiche. A shellfish platter features Maine Lobster, oysters, shrimp and a special spicy cocktail sauce.
But perhaps most anticipated, the jar of house-cured bacon with a black walnut bone marrow jam and duck sausage with foie gras and apple butter.
Brunch will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
