Fans of shuttered Nosh & Swig, which closed back in October, have another chance to witness their culinary creations from the comfort of their own home.

Season Two of Restaurant Startup debuts on CNBC on Jan. 13, hosted by Las Vegas institution Joe Bastianich and chef and restaurateur Tim Love as judges and investors looking to give away their own money to the next big thing.

The reality show meets culinary idol contest will include Nosh & Swig's Steve and Lorie Piamchuntar as they are given "the keys to a working restaurant on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles." To win the judges money, mentorship and support, competitors have 36 hours and a $7,500 budget "to put their dream to the test and launch a pop-up restaurant; come up with a branding campaign; and write a business plan."

Nosh & Swig has been tight-lipped about how well they did on the show, but ever since closing on Oct. 20 after two years in business, the small plates restaurant on East Flamingo Road has continued to describe their closure as "temporary."
