Yes, You Can Go To a Wine Tasting at Hearthstone for Free

Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red Rock Resort throws a wine pairing and tasting on Thursday with wines from Jordan Winery. Bonus: This is a free event, as long as you RSVP here or at 702-588-5656.

All wines sampled will be available for purchase at Hearthstone’s retail shop.

Look for a whole suckling pig carved on dining room butcher blocks; FG&J with foie gras mousse, Virginia peanuts and housemade jelly; crabby snacks; stuffed dates with chorizo, bacon and piquillo pepper gravy; butcher steak tartare with truffle toast; and meatballs with braised short rib, goat cheese and tomato.
