Let the Line Form at the New DiFara Pizza at Caesars Palace

DiFara Pizza, the legendary pizza that pulls in major lines at the original in Brooklyn, opens today at the new Forum Food Court, taking over the former Cypress Marketplace and debuting at Caesars Palace.

The owners of sister restaurant Dom DeMarco’s Pizzeria & Bar on the Westside are behind this pizza joint that plans to serve up a similar menu of DiFara Specials, New York cheese, artichoke, four cheese, Big Apple, white truffle and bianca pies. Traditional pizzas start at $5.99. Pizzas come in a round thin crust or a thick square.

Garlic knots and calzones make the menu as well as Gram’s meatball sandwich, a Brooklyn chicken sandwich and baked rigatoni. Land cannolis and New York cheesecake for dessert.
