The Forum Food Court brings one of the finest lineups of food when it opens today. Already DiFara Pizza announced its debut, but here’s a look at the other food options here that will make dining on the go much more of an adventure at this 14,900-square-foot food court at Caesars Palace. All plan to be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The first Smashburger on the Strip opens today with its handcrafted burgers that are smashed, seared and seasoned with never frozen 100 percent Certified Angus Beef. The Classic Smashburger is perhaps the most popular choice, but salads, chicken sandwiches and rosemary and garlic–seasoned Smashfries also await.
Phillips Seafood Express
Oceanside, Md.’s Phillips Seafood Express started in 1956 when fresh seafood traveled by steamship daily to Baltimore. The Hoopers Island crab cakes use Shirley Phillips’ original family recipe, while other choices include a clambake for two with steamed seafood, crab-stuffed flounder, and creamy cheesy crab dip.
Earl of Sandwich
A third Earl of Sandwich, a favorite of comic Jeff Foxworthy, comes to Caesars Palace. The sandwich, soup and salad focused Earl of Sandwich already operates not far away at Caesars' own Planet Hollywood Resort and at the Palms.
This craft ice cream and gelato shop out of Cincinnati uses a small batch, artisanal method of production that dates back more than a century. Each is crafted in 2.5 gallon tubs individually using French pots. Opens in January.
Tiger Wok & Ramen
Touted as "coming soon," this place will serve Japanese and Chinese cuisine, including sushi rolls, moo shu pork, seasonal stir fry, lo mein noodles, two varieties of fried rice, made fresh daily ramen noodles with tonkotsu and shoyu broth that guests can customize with additional artisanal toppings, house braised pork belly and more.
