Address: 3790 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas, NV, 89109
Phone: 702-740-6969
Status: Opens at 11 a.m.
After two years of rumors, restaurateur Danny Meyer’s rabidly popular burger concept Shake Shack is finally open in Las Vegas and can be found at the entrance to MGM Resorts International's forthcoming, $100 million, open air dining and retail district The Park. It also marks Shake Shack's first west coast location, finally risking its reputation in direct competition with fellow cult burger rivals In-N-Out.
Serving the menu Eater Vegas first revealed here, two exclusive to Las Vegas frozen custard creations are now available, with the "Jackpot" built with "vanilla custard, Belgian waffles, strawberry purée, marshmallow sauce, and crunchy rainbow sprinkles" and the "All Shook Up" featuring "vanilla custard, Gimme Some Sugar banana peanut butter cheesecake and chocolate toffee."
Opening hours will be 11 a.m to midnight, Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
While Shake Shack sits at the far corner of the New-York New-York resort, MGM also considers it part of The Park project that will lead guests to the eventual MGM - AEG Arena also under construction behind the resort. Joining Shake Shack between now and a 2016 completion date will be gourmet waffle restaurant Bruxie, a Robert Mondavi Jr. Wine Experience, Japanese themed Sake Rok, the Beer Garden, Country star Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row and the rumored Virgil's Real Barbecue.
