Take A Look Inside The Linq's Off The Strip Bistro

For 23 hours a day you can enjoy Off The Strip's on the Strip hospitality.

You can't miss the flashing bulbs pointing to the newly opened Off The Strip Bistro at The Linq promenade retail and dining district. Sitting next door to O'Shea's and with a rear entrance also leading into The Linq hotel, Off The Strip arrives from the Southern Highlands, off the radar of many locals and most tourists.

The bistro has been serving "just real food" since 2007, specializing in steaks, chops, seafood & pasta which they bring to Linq, alongside new healthy dishes under the rubric "Fresh and Fit."

Hearty signature dishes include a grilled sirloin burger with hickory smoked bacon with cheddar, eggplant parmesan, beef Wellington, grilled pork chops, filet mignon and Cajun rib-eye steak.

From the Linq, pedestrians can spy the TV screens mounted above one of the two bars. Inside, diners can spy on the culinary prep work through the open window to the kitchen.

With the name already a counter-point to their location, the bistro is also mixing it up with their opening hours, proudly announcing they will be open for 23 hours a day, seven days a week.
