Meet the Newest Brunch in Las Vegas at Pot Liquor CAS

Brunch in Las Vegas has become a meal that seemingly every restaurant is starting to serve. Now you have a new place to eat that Sunday meal with the introduction of brunch at Pot Liquor CAS at Town Square.

Expect a menu of smokehouse-influenced goodness that includes a smoke house hash, pulled pork waffles, grilled bacon steak and eggs, and chicken fried steak. Brunch gets served up on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $12.98 or $19.98 with endless Bellinis, mimosas or bloody Marys.

Smoke House Hash
Smoked beef brisket, crispy potatoes, peppers, onions, two eggs any style

Pulled Pork and Waffles
Spiced apple compote, bourbon barrel aged maple syrup

Grilled Bacon Steak and Eggs
Two eggs, any style, white cheddar grit cake, jalapeño jam

Chicken Fried Steak
Buttermilk biscuits, country gravy
