The Balvenie Plus Delmonico Equals a Scotch Dinner

Four courses paired with The Balvenie whiskies takes over Delmonico next week.

Get ready for a four-course dinner paired with The Balvenie Distillery at Delmonico Steakhouse at the Venetian on Thursday, Dec. 11. Chef de cuisine Ronnie Rainwater put together this menu that includes a cocktail from head bartender Max Solano and four of the distillery's whiskies. Lorne Cousin, the brand ambassador for The Balvenie, hosts the evening alongside Solano. A Scottish native with a storied past, Cousin has traveled the world representing whiskey, one of his homeland's most beloved cultural products.

The night kicks off with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m. and dinner at 7:30 p.m. The event is $120 per person plus tax and gratuity. For reservations, call 702-414-3737.
