As Eater Vegas first revealed, the replacement for the shuttered Pasta Pirate at the California Hotel & Casino's will be an Asian-focused dining concept. Now officially known as the California Noodle House, the new restaurant is hiring for all positions, explaining they are "preparing to open."
Construction teams were ready to start work on the switcheroo once the seafood, steak and pasta focused Pirate shuttered at the Hawaiian-themed property in October.
The Noodle House will join the California's famous Aloha Specialties Hawaiian-focused restaurant, the 24-hour Market Street Cafe, the more upscale Redwood Bar & Grill, Cal Club, an Asian and American fast snack spot, and Lappert's Ice Cream.
