Today marks the 81st anniversary of the repeal of Prohibition, and Caesars Entertainment is going full out with secret cocktails at 3535 at The Linq, Lobby Bar at Caesars Palace, Bound and Interlude at The Cromwell and BLT Steak at Bally’s Las Vegas. You just need to know the secret password — repeal. None of the bars are sharing their speakeasy specials, so just whisper the word to find out for yourself.

Frank Sinatra’s birthday next Friday, Dec. 12, gets honored with throwback cocktails from the Sinatra era. When Sinatra perform, he always appeared on stage with a tumbler of Jack Daniel’s. Lobby Bar at Caesars Palace has Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select as the main component of The Modern Mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim’s two exclusive whiskey cocktails on the menu, priced at $50.

The Tennessee Highball #2 features the unique barrel whiskey, fresh squeezed lemon juice, Fee Brothers orange bitters, Fever-Tree ginger beer and gomme syrup. The Chairman’s Manhattan includes the Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select along with Carpano Antica Forumla vermouth, Dale DeGroff’s pimento bitters and garnished with cherries.
